Research on performance optimization of gas–liquid ejector in multiphase mixed transportation device

ABSTRACT In the process of oil and gas extraction, a system that uses pump reversing mechanism to achieve high-efficiency export gas–liquid mixture is devised. A ejector fitted in front device boost pressure inside tank order store more under given volume. To meet working conditions transport obtain larger outlet better ejection performance, this paper investigates effect pressure, ratio throat inlet area nozzle contraction angle on performance ejector, simulations using computational fluid dynamics approach. At same time, an experiment platform built for testing. The research findings show flow rate decrease with increase pressure; as increases, first then decrease. Different diameters correspond different optimal ratios; specified parameters, angle, injection decrease, there angle.
